How to Open a Help Ticket via Discord

Besides going through the website, you can also ask the Raznar admins for help directly on Discord. The process is super easy and usually more fun if you already hang out on Discord a lot.

You can follow these steps to open a ticket:

Step 1: Go to the Ticket Channel​

  1. Open your Discord and make sure you've already joined the Raznar - Official Discord server.
  2. Look at the menu on the left, scroll down until you find the Ticket category.
  3. Now, just click the channel named # πŸ“₯・open-ticket.

Step 2: Choose the Type of Help​

Inside that channel, you'll be greeted by a message from the bot (Raznar Ticket APP) that gives you three blue buttons. Just pick whichever one best matches your problem:

  • πŸ’¬ Support Ticket: Choose this if your server crashed, you need help with technical setup, you want to ask about an error in the console, or your panel is having problems.
  • πŸ›’ Order Ticket: Want to order a server with custom specs? Or want to consult first about which package fits your community before buying? Click this button to have a casual chat with the sales team.
  • πŸ“„ Billing Ticket: Now, if it's about money (for example: you already transferred but it hasn't come through, you want to confirm a payment, or ask about a renewal invoice), just hit this button.

Step 3: Start Chatting!​

  1. After you click one of those buttons, the bot will automatically create a new channel. It's a private room, so only you and the Raznar admin team can read the chat.
  2. You'll automatically be tagged and directed to your new ticket channel.
  3. Just describe your problem or order right there.
  4. To make it easy, you can also directly copy-paste images (an error screenshot or proof of transfer) into the chat.
  5. Now just wait for the admin to reply!
TIPS TO GET A FAST REPLY

So your problem gets solved quickly, don't just type "Hi admin" or "P" and then wait for a reply.

Just get to the point in your first message. Example: "Hi admin, my server suddenly can't be started since this morning, here's a screenshot of the red text in the console and the server id is 56a038gf - GAME-GNL-JKT3" That makes it way easier for the admin to help!
